no perlite and no peat soil

I'm mixing a new batch of soil. I would like to exchange the pearlite for carbonized rice husk and I do not intend to use peat, to be environmentally friendly. I don't have branded products where I live, only garden/agronomic generics available.

5L coconut
10L organic garden soil
2.5L carbonized rice husk
2.5L EWC
4 spoons of bokashi
1 spoon of dolomite dust
2 spoons of mammon meal (nitrogen rich)
2 spoons of chicken manure
4 spoons of cow manure
2 spoons of bone meal

I never used rice husks so I don't know the correct proportion. Please help if the hot part is correct too.

I will let it rest for 1 month or more before use.

Potassium lacking. When not knowing exactly what Im doing when mixing a new experimental soil is make a test pot mix. Not a while batch. Or two or three till you get a ratio you like. Then scale it up to make a large batch or mix each pot with the ratio. The undesirably mixed pots can easily be remixed to correct ratio.
Ive never used rice husks for drainage or at all. Just advising on mixing on the fly.

I was researching locally available slow release potassium sources.
The only one I found was Saltpeter from Chile (potassium nitrate), but it has a lot of N. I have a little wood ash but I don't know how much to use. There are other easy-to-get alternatives, but only for watering or foliar spray (potassium sulfate, for example).
I will mix the soil and correct it later, with top-dressing or KNF fruit fertilizer.

I modified the recipe a little. I will leave it here for future reference. Ideas are welcome

It might work, mixing new soils is a bit science and a bit trial and error. You won't know if it has what you need unless you do a soil test, but you aren't really mixing up a big enough batch to justify a soil test. You can't go wrong with 1/3 compost/ewc, 1/3 aeration, and 1/3 coco/peat, so if you replicate that using the materials available to you, you should do fine. Better to add too littler nutrient amendments than too much, but you should be alright with those. Here are some links that have an incredible amount of info and you might find something helpful:

Good luck!

Hopefully someone can correct me if I'm wrong or post some better info for you, but I believe coco is high in potassium. I think as it breaks down over time, it would be a nice slow release of k for you.
