First Strainly purchase, first hydro grow.
3x3 acinfinity tent, diy hlg 648 two boards at 250w
Gh Maxibloom start to finish

Lets see how this goes...

Ec 1.8, drops to 1.5 in 24hrs. Drinking 1/2 gallon a day.

Any advice welcome.

Switched to 12/12 with the solstice
EC at 2, ph swinging a few points in 24hrs, nutrient additions seem to keep it around 6 without ph down.

Why not veg longer? Is the cut known to stretch a lot?

Im just being careful.
The little bit i have read is that it stretches about twice, but none of those growers were doing hydro.
Just for personal consumption anyways

Still growing fast, not a pistil to be found

I made a mistake in the first post.. Nutes are floranova bloom.
Dropped ec back down to 1.8 due to alittle tip curl. ec has been quite stable but better safe than sorry.

Glad i started 12/12 when i did. Starting to touch the sides of the tent after 6 days.
Roots are down into the lower res.

Taking up nutes faster than water, ec back up to 2.

Stretching pretty fast still. Day 9 of 12/12
This thing throws new shoots everywhere. Chopped more leaves and branches off this plant than any in the past and it still looks wild.

Hopefully i can keep it that way. Finally has some flowering growth happening so i feel alittle better about my available space.

Leaf plucking continues

14 days of 12/12
So... Starting to run out of height. Have the light at 24" and have 18 or so to spare.
Really hoping this stretch is complete soon.

I seriously doubt that this is an 8 week pheno

Pretty surprised its going this well so far. Still early though

Got the light nearly maxed now at 320w. Its drinking a gallon a day, ec is dropping from 2 to 1.5 over the day.
Fittings coming so i can plumb a 5 gallon bucket to this thing to minimize maintenance alittle bit. Two top offs a day is annoying.
