Opening a CSC in Spain.

Hey guys, so after having lived in Turkey for the past 8 years where i always kept growing i moved back to Holland and now i ended up in Spain since 2 weeks and really loving it here. I already spoke to a few people and got some information here and there but i was wondering if there's anyone here who knows more about it ir perhaps already has a CSC or who knows perhaps someone who might be interested in starting something u together
