Oregon Elite Seeds (OES) buyers beware!!

I ordered and paid for my seeds on Dec. 9 and when my order arrived it was incorrect.... No big deal it happens, I thought, so I reached out to this "company" via phone and email and the exact response I got after explaining the situation was "send screenshot". Pretty unprofessional but whatever, I was focused on my purchase instead of critiquing their customer service department. So I sent another email assuming they wanted a SC of my order which I sent them. I get no response and then 2 days later I decide to call them and they told me to send the incorrect seeds back priority shipping w/ a tracking # and as soon as they got confirmation that it was on the way they would refund me the return shipping cost and send the correct seeds I had purchased out to me. Today is Christmas Eve and I haven't gotten an email response, a return phone call, NOTHING! I've reached out to them numerous times and they have just plain ignored my voice mails and emails. Super disappointed that someone would just purpously disappear after I've spent hundreds of dollars with their company. For those of you reading this y'all can take it for what it's worth but I wanted to warn anyone thinking about doing business with this company (OES) that they have been super unprofessional and now I'm out money and a Christmas present for a friend. Buyers BEWARE!

Man I must be getting old, I hope you get your beans man but yeah it's the holidays and I expect slow shipping right now. I just received my stuff from seedsman ordered over thanksgiving. I like the shotgun approach myself, send 100 bucks to a few different seedbanks and if one of em screws up you aren't out as much.

Worst I've ever had is just slow shipping or out of stocks, sometimes I'll wait otherwise I just have them replace with something else and go with the flow.

Sorry to here your woes, I have dealt with quite a few seedbanks and many become monosyballic if you have to communicate with them regarding a problem.
Many seem to employ folk who are smoking too much to be in charge of anything more demanding than a lighter.
Most are 100% great businesses.
Problem is the 1st two keep stocking the strains I want! I've learned to buy within my chosen few banks. If they don't right the error in tge next few weeks (with suitable freebies or discount code!).. then take your beef to the 219 page Oregon Elite Seeds post.
Though I do think they'll see you right.

Yeah, all of y'all are right with it being the holidays and employing perma-fried workers.... But on the other hand I ordered a shit ton of Christmas presents online this year and every single one of those companies shipped on time and took care of any issues I had. OES has ZERO excuse for their customer service and how they have handled this mix up and I still haven't gotten what I've paid for and the cost of return shipping. Super disappointed and eventually their company will reflect their ethics.

I ordered from them on the 19th and their package arrived yesterday (the 26th). No problem.

Just to be clear, you ordered and received a package just the wrong genetics? Then mailed them back, and are waiting for the corrected order? TBH I'm surprised they had you mail em back.
I am too, and I had to pay for return shipping and still haven't gotten or heard anything

I completely understand your frustrations..it sucks ordering stuff and not getting what you paid for. But, I wouldn’t chalk it up as a loss just yet. OES is usually pretty decent with their customer service. I’ve done business with them a few times and they have always come through. Like the others have said it is the holidays so things tend to get crazy and messed up. It’s unfortunate that you were the one that got the mix up. OES is always about making their customers happy. I’m sure they will get around to taking care of you and more than likely will include some awesome freebies! Keep your head up!

Well I hope you're right but I still haven't received my order or my money back and today is 12/31

Been trying to complete an order with OES. They were my go to bank. Now they no longer take CC payments. Will not order without CC payment option ever again. Will find another bank now, oh well.

They must have stopped taking cc very recently because I used one with them less than two weeks ago.
Yes, my last order took CC not long ago. Called and answer phone message says they no longer take CC purchases. Had to cancel my order because of this. Do not send cash anymore, got ripped to the tune of $250and MO are PITA.
