Looking forward to the smoke report!
Getting back to you on the OGOG, Erdpert variation from OGS. It's not cured but the green variation seems Much better. Both smoke smooth for being so green/fresh. I got pretty toasted last night on the green variation. It's uplifting, similar to some Blueberry OG I grew a few years ago. I did grow BB OG again this year from a different breeder but haven't tried it yet. Last time I grew it everybody loved that strain.

Outdoors southern hemisphere update: fed and topped (not in the photos). Humid weather has seen some decent growth, still bigger now than the last time i grew.

The Barney's farm LSD (went in one week after the others). Grown it before and it grows with alot of vigor :) Love these huge leaves

G13 labs midnight kush freebie - Getting there, a little bit more side branching now

Blimburn seeds girl scout cookies - A little more squat than the rest but looks like it might branch out nicely. Early days

And finally fast buds purple punch auto. Not really sure what to expect, never grown an auto so just mucking around really. Probably about up to hip height, 3ft maybe. Stretched nuts before it flowered. Looks quite sativa for something i thought was more indica ish

Anyway, that's my little variety. Girl scout cookies vs it's offspring do so dos #33. Midnight kush with it's blueberry heritage. LSD with it's gigantic Mazar indica fan leaves and a little bit of the infamous skunk #1. Or the little auto but that's kinda in it's own category.

Cheers

Appreciate the feedback! Thinking about what to grow outdoors next year and Oregon Green Seeds is always in the mix!

I'm confused because the Early Iranian started to flower early but Didn't finish early. 2nd generation seeds but because the seeds came from an indoor crop I don't think it was a mistake on my part. I'll do more testing next year.

I didn't take pics this year although I should have. The weather in BC, Canada this year was unlike any I've seen. Almost drought like conditions from July onwards. Perfect sunny days all the way up until late October allowed me to harvest my gorilla glue, BC big bud and purple kush plants without even a trace of bud rot, no aphids, no powdery mildew. Just a perfect grow season that would have been unfathomable if not for the wind storm we have at least once or twice a year. Probably lost 25% of my crop but the other 75% was pure unadulterated perfectly matured cabbage.

The other cool thing about this year was getting my dry and cure room set up in the laundry room. It has a small window and along with a humidifier allowed for easy control of the environment. Had them drying at 50-60% humidity and 18-20°c or 70°f. The dry was long and slow, 7 to 10 days and then into jars. It took at least 2 to 3 weeks of burping and letting the buds sweat before they were cured well enough to consume.

Already made about 4oz of bubble hash from the trim with probably enough left to make 2 or 3 times more.

This summer was the one you always wished for, especially for someone living above the 49th parallel. This summer and fall has been one to remember, probably the best grow season I'll ever see unless all the global warming bullshit is true in which case there might be more to come!

I have some 1st generation Iranian Early Flower from OGS, but afraid to run indoors as she says it will auto. Last summer I ran the Oaxacan x Early Iranian and it finished before mid September! I crossed that with Royal Kush and it was one of my biggest pollen chucking successes outdoors this year!

I've only run the EI seed Crop indoors and I didn't grow it big or give it much care. Last spring I started it indoors but not very early and only under shop lights. It got massive for this strain. I had three females after culling males and only one stayed under 6'.

Hi all. Southern hemisphere update here. Most of the plants are about 6 foot high and that is topped. I've had to top the tops as I don't want it so high that I can't reach the top ! Keep up to date and view my journal so far here: https://www.rollitup.org/t/letstrips-outdoors-2022-2023-gsc-lsd-dosidos-33-midnight-kush-autos-southern-hemisphere.1082103/
