You're only allowed 4 rec plants per household, not per person. Also, if the cardholder(s) live(s) at the grow site then you have a max limit of 12 plants (in city limits). Essentially you can't legally grow rec plants at a site in city limits where two cardholders live and grow their medical. The fee is $200 per patient per year, it really isn't that much (with a limit of only 2 patients, 12 total mature plants at a given time). As for the tracking, it literally takes 5 minutes each month and is well worth it in order to grow the extra plants legally. For $200 I plan on growing 12 plants this summer, just under one medical patient as a designated grower (6 autoflowers that will mature early and 6 reg fems for October harvest). Add 8 rec plants (4 autos and 4 reg) to that and I will grow 20 plants total legally, I would say legalization is doing pretty good actually.

If the cardholders are living on site you're not allowed the 4 rec plants. It makes no sense but thems the rules.Right. I’m not in the city limits..but RR 2.5. there are two OMMP card holders at my residence 6 each, and a third ( non OMMP) adult which allows for the 4 additional plants. So 16 mature plants can be on the property!
It may only be sites in city limits. Not true. Check in to Canna Law blog, I also consulted my attorney who deals with cannabis, also talked directly to two different people st OMMP, As well as my county planning director who has been all over my ass for two years!
Believe me., I’ve checked this out very thoroughly!!
That's outdated info. I just downledown this from the Oregon State .gov.I’m not sure about city limits. But measure 91 stipulated that an OMMP card holder is still entitled to grow his/her 4 recreational
Plants. My attorney researched this as well.
This is from Canna Law Blog:
To clarify that is 4 recreational plants per household. The max number of OMMP cards per property is 2! Any more and you are playing ridiculously high fees and tracking!
- Clarifies that an OMMP cardholder may jointly possess six medical marijuana plants under OMMP in addition to four marijuana plants allowed under Measure 91.
Thanks for digging that out. They change the rules so often it’s hard to keep up and know what’s current. That's outdated info. I just downledown this from the Oregon State .gov.
