PC fan grow box

Hey Guys.

I am planning to build a Grow Box 2x2x6 (60x60x180). I need this grow to be secret tho, and need to hear your opinion, on if this is even possible.
I was looking at the Spiderfarmer SF1000, since they produce less heat/watt and use no noisy fans.

I am considering to buy 3 pc fans, since noisy ventilation fans is diffently not a option for me (2 exhaust w. Carbon filter and 1 intake with mesh filter). And i have been looking at the Noctua NF-P12 PWM. They have high static pressure, and are very silent (12.6-19 dba)

Couple of questions:
Do you think that its possible to grow with these fans in a 2x2x6 box, why, and why not?

I read people saying 2 exhaust and 1 intake was stupid, because the exhaust fans would lose much power, but i think that the fans will run pretty similar, since the carbon filter takes at least 25-50% of the power, and i need negative pressure in there.

And i will ofc. buy a circulating fan

I will also be supplementing with CO2, so higher temps are allowed, and helping my pc fans deliver new CO2.

sorry for my bad english

Little information update.
The fans running with the low noise adapter have an airflow of a little over 60 m3/h, and my box is about 0,65m3, minus the space taken up from pots, lights and so. I know that the fans efficiency will drop some, since they are made for pc, but they still got some static pressure. I think i will be able to exchange the air at least once a minut.
