Gonna start my summer peppers for out doors being my tent is always on 18/6 anyways. I also plan on Kratky method for a few to play around with in the windows. Got all the shit just laying around. Hoping tommorow to narrow down what I’m gonna put in garden this year and get them started also. I went with a couple new hot peppers this year so far to try some new things.I make two more holes in my rock wool so 3 plants a piece. Whatever grows grows. I PH’D water to 5.5.

big Jim pepper
Pasilla Bajio pepper
Fire cracker pepper
Habanero
Santa Fe grande pepper
Hot red cherry pepper
Serrano pepper
figured while I’m at it I might as well start my outdoors. 00 Skunk

I been searching thee Ole inter web trying to decide on a garden layout. I’m only living in this house till job is over then back home. That being said garden will be just this summer here. I travel for work and this is first time Ive been able to do a garden since I bought my house. Normally I’m in hotels on the road. My space is roughly gonna be a 20x40 plot. Gonna chicken wire a fence up with a gate.
I always stick some tomatoes and peppers out back home every year and just let nature do it’s thing. My buddy that cuts my grass when I’m gone will water shit if he think it needs it.
Any unique and effective garden ideas is always accepted. I’m beyond happy to have a garden this year. Once I decide on veggies that I want this year I’ll post it and see what you guys think for a layout in relation to plants I choose

Plant peppers in a triangle of 3.If they get top heavy you can lightly string them together.no stake or cage needed

I prefer peppers with a thicker wall ,than the ones with overall size .The pimento cultivars allow alot wider outside wall
Kinda like a red hot cherry pepper then. I tried to hang some of them in window to make my own seasoning and they molded inside. I’m gonna go for making stuffed pepper shooters with them this year and other peppers for seasonings and cooking

Peppers take twice as long as tomatoes
Still not a damn thing popped today. I’m retarded but know I didn’t do it wrong. I soaked rock wool in ph 5.6 for a hour and one light wrist flick and sowed seeds. I can see one of my pot seeds starting to come up. Plus side I got plot tilled. Just gotta put up old four bys and a deer fence. Some progress.

Aluminum does t have a reaction to rock wool or ph down does it? I’m probably just being impatient. Dont give a shit about garden plants that I can get at nursery. It’s my peppers I want that I know they won’t have

Oh shit. Finally got some action. Gonna put my blumats in as I gotta go home for a few days for the holiday. Probably overkill but these plants been looking pretty good so far and I’ve seen what underwatering can do In the past. Plus side hopefully when I get back I’ll be able to start my Dwc buckets. Dont think I’ll throw the autos outside just yet. Temps are kinda cold still.

Started to get action from my rock wools. After physical therapy today I’m gonna do some re organizing. Need to get the Dwc buckets on other side away from heater.
Anybody know what problem I got with my NL ? Pic posted ! This is about the time my soil autos take a shit or make it. I’ve mis diagnosed this before. And things go south quick. They look wilted because light is about to go off and and I watered a hour ago. I gave them half dose of fish fertilizer and full dose cal mag this morning. First time I’ve added anything since I planted other than recharge at half strength couple of times. Thinking yellowing is normal due to flowering started and spots is cal mag issue.
These plants also all just went almost five days no attention

If that yellow butterfly shaped thing is a sticky trap? I say root rot and over watering. Sorry. My thoughts are all.
