My advice is to familiarize yourself with growing first. I remember jumping in way to eager and over complicating everything by trying to get to big to fast. You have 2.8x1.7 meters and a medium budget. Start with say a 2x4 (60cm x 120cm) tent(ac infinity is the best at a great price), a 240-300w led mars hydro tsl2000/sp3000 would be my suggestion. A 4” in-line fan for exhaust(you can go kinda cheap on this) and an oscillating tower fan in one corner. Start small 2-3 plants in a 60cm x 120cm tent can yield up to 4-500g with the right genetics and enough talent.

i run 10 plants in a perpetual grow, taking one a week, on average, and sticking a new clone in to take it's place. it takes about 8 clones ( at one per week) for them to get to the size i like before i flip them. the clones grow in a closet, the plants are in a 5 x 10 tent, with about 1000 watts of led spread out in 32 cobs.
10 weeks is sufficient for most strains, and i usually run at least three strains, so i almost always have one ready every 7-10 days, with the ones that take longer getting left in the back and the quicker ones taking their place

clones (and a couple of seedling in the middle) waiting their turn...have some more rooting up under the foliage of the larger plants below the rack
