PESTS!!! What are they?

You sure they aren't beneficial bugs like the Hypoaspis miles
Based off of the video I just watched of hypoaspis miles moving it doesn’t look like the same thing. The only thing I’ve seen that looked similar so far are videos of springtails.

Could be thrips if you see white flat bugs underneath the leaves. Thrips like real moist soil too if you are not allowing the soil to dry out.

Next time you water, water enough that the pot gets full for a second, then watch real close as the water goes back down into the soil. If they are there kinda bouncing around they are most likely spring tails. They kinda float up when you water then bounce around for a few seconds then crawl right back in. I've never seen any bad effects from them, I've even heard they are beneficial. If you want them to go away or greatly reduced in numbers letting your pots dry out real good between them waterings greatly reduced numbers. I never even try to get rid of them just noticed that with observation.

Pretty sure they’re springtails because I haven’t seen a single one on any of the leaves, and have no leaf damage. I only see them in the soil.
