Pics wont load on new thread i tried to post

Just wondering why it says the uploaded file doesn't have the allowed extension??

I cant upload from my gallery. I assume they are too large that way, or wrong format. The texted pics work for me. reduced sized, more univeral format. Maybe it'll work for you, maybe not. Not very tech savy, myself...

Sorry for the interruption by members who don't know the answer, but still must post to say that. :lol:

Only certain file extensions are allowed for the upload, and I don't know all of them but they don't include .heic that you are using. Most folks use the .jpg format for images, so open your image in a photo editor or word processor and convert it to .jpg and post that.

Thank You, for the answer I was looking for!! :D It could be because I got a different smartphone a few months back. I never had a problem wi my other phone, but I will look into how to make it .jpg like my last phone. Thanks again for your help! :bigjoint: Peace N bongsmilie!!

I see, so if your phone is outputting images in the .heic format, there is probably a configuration setting that you can change for it to output .jpg format.

yes its the format at rollitup has mentioned, we can only support specific types,
