Have 5 reg seeds from Tom Hill's ptk ibl.

Planning on letting all grow together in a tent, assuming a mix of male and female, letting nature do its thing.

Will clone the females in case there's a winner.

Looking for opinions and or advice.

Does this sound reasonable or should I be more selective from the start and narrow down the parents?

Have 4 fem kwazulu from world of seeds that are going now, cloned them just in case.

They are supposed to be 100% sativa landrace.

Thinking about picking a winner from those 4 and crossing with a male from the ptk.
Should keep me busy for a while

Doing that is fine to make more PTK seeds for preservation. You could also take cuts of each of those plants and keep them until you know what you have-you might find something you want to keep. Then keep the keeper and trash the rest. I have a pack of PTK seeds from CSI I want to play around with later this year. Good luck!

I've heard PTK is a hit or miss. What's the terps on it?

How would you describe its smoke? I got a couple freebies from CSI
I've grown PTK outdoors 2 different years and did a seed run indoors last year. The first year was an awesome 8 foot plant that was very piney smelling and a really nice smoke! This year I grew 2 and although both plants looked great, one was purple and the other was very frosty, the smoke was not impressive. PPXL_20220215_155017608.jpg
