Plants dying week 5 of flower

Hello there...new grower here,a little over a year experience.
Learned a lot in the past year or so but can’t figure out this issue I’m having this time around,so some help would be much appreciated from you folks!
Let me start by saying that I’ve had some issues with these plants ever since I transplanted them from the cloner. As clones they were nice and healthy,no signs of issues!
However when I transplanted them into soil (I use Mother Earth coco+Perlite),I changed something this time around,I was told by I friend to try out great white mycorrhizae. I followed the instructions and sprinkled around the hole as per chart. My clones got shocked,to the point where I thought they might not make it,but they did. It took them about 2 almost 3 weeks to fully recover but they did. They had signs of weird growth, some not so healthy leaves here and there but at the end,I let them veg a little longer and they looked like monsters, super healthy.
Now fast forward to flower, first 3 weeks everything fine, then a few started changing over night, like
I lost 6 of them within 24 hours.
I was told it’s most likely root rot due to the symptoms and how they look but I am not 100% sure. (I’ll post pics)
I didn’t change any nutrients or anything like that but just like I always do and I always do pretty good.
I did some research about root rot and I found our that Hydroguard should help. I started using it and I thought it was helping, because for about 2 weeks I didn’t lose any other plants, now I’m on week 5 almost week 6 and I just lost another 6 within 48 hrs. I’m confused and can’t figure out what’s goin on. If anyone had this issue and knows what’s causing it please help!90A2B12A-2532-4F5B-8BC1-337810C991A9.jpegEA8C3C0B-BD2E-49C4-8873-7A3D84A734AC.jpeg50303968-8C09-4E95-A259-20543D250AA1.jpeg8BF2FC19-C9F9-4027-B992-1ED04F340D12.jpegD9DF4D77-8A26-44E6-BACD-3359ADB93EA1.jpeg4AD7822C-FBF8-494D-B51F-DBDC91B005B6.jpeg

The only time I’ve had plant in flowering droop all of their leaves was from overwatering/waterlogged. Drainage got blocked didn’t notice for a couple weeks and the fabric pots just stayed wet. Roots ended up rotting since they never dried out/aired out. Had to chuck them all was too far gone

U probably had 1 bad plant but because u have them all linked together sharing a common resevoir the infection spread. Multi site recirculating systems are known for this.

I have 3 rooms and 2 water tanks. Each room the drainage is separate. 2 smaller rooms get watered by one tank and the bigger room has its own tank.
The water tanks are not connected to each other. First sick plant was in the big room, and then I got another one in one of my smaller rooms. Completely random places too!

Check the moisture in your pots man make sure they are breathing and allowing enough time to dry out before each watering.

They do dry out in between each watering cycle because I thought so too that my drains are clogged but they were not so I don’t know man. It’s like very random, one tree dies in one corner and then the other one completely on the opposite side of the room.

Any bore holes near the base of the stems?

Thinking possibly a boring beetle etc maybe working it’s way through your room ?!

Did you ever figure this out? Where does your water come from? Is it filtered?
