Hi! Thanks for checking out my thread

Been in veg for at least 10 weeks now under 24hour light and still can't see any pistols?

Can anyone spot any males or is it still too early?

Looks like I see a couple females but still a little early to tell. Once you flip to 12/12 they'll start preflowering and will show sex.
Hi mad grower, I only have space to flower 3 and I have 12. I was hoping I get 6 female, keep the best 3 for mothers and flower the other 3. Might haft to flower some cuttings but was really hoping I could spot the males in pre flower/veg

Are pistols garenteed to show in veg?

No. Not all strains show sex in veg. I've only run into a small few in my many years that don't, but they definitely exist.

You'll have to switch to 12/12 for a few days or so, sort out the females, then go from there.

Tie a garbage bag one 1 stem each plant for a few days. That stem will show sex while the rest of the plant stays in veg. just make sure it's not super tight but blocks all the light,
Wow that's a good idea! I might try that, was going to take cuttings and flower them as a last resort. I'm guessing these are the females showing so far?

Didn’t want to write a new thread, but I’ve recently noticed these balls above/ between the nodes. Almost like it swelling up. Thinking it’s a hermie, but not to sure. Any help is appreciated.

It's not hermies, it's called branch collar. It just shows that your branches are still growing and healthy.

still too early to tell. you will see female before any male. the hairs pop out, pretty white looking. males will kinda look a bit female at first but no hairs, then they form a few bananas in a cluster. males arent anything to panic over, the bananas need to drop and open up, just chop it down when you definitely dont see any hairs.

Thank you, its my first grow lol. Got another growing that I know is female, because of the white pistils. Just wasn't sure on this one as it hasn't shown any signs of sex. Guessing it will show more in flower.
