with this setup i think i can cultivate about 10 medium sized plants
ok thats my research so far around $300usd i plan on purchaseing some feminized and autoflower seeds i haven't really done any research on soil, so some recommendations would be appericated but i do know the ph level should be 6.0-7.0 max ...overall i want some feedback b4 i make this hefty investment and yeah i've never grown a plant b4 and realize that there're cheeper ways to do this thanks in advance

You can spend something like300 but i would go with a 400 watt hps for a first grow instead of t5s..get a tent for that size and a duct fan instead of the mother keeper tent..Honestly

OK Burn, here are my thoughts. I have 4 bulb T5 and use a mixed spectrum 50/50 mix start to finish. Will you be happy with that tent? I suspect not. If this is a soil grow you are looking at about a foot for the pots another 8 inches to hang the lights and 2 inches between the lights and the top of the plants with T5's. That is going to leave about 2 feet over for the plants, unless you are planning to SCROG or something I suspect that you are going to run out of vertical space. 10 plants is pretty optimistic for that light and tent. I don't grow in soil but, I have seen many experienced soil growers point new guys to Fox Farm Ocean Forest, you may want to check into that. Good luck with whatever you land on.

I 2nd that. Really $300 for that? I got my new nextgen 400 switchable plus MH & HPS lights, a nice c.a.p. reflector for less then $300. Now I like the T5, but only for seedlings through 3 weeks, I use the hydrofarm 4 ft set up (cost $50). But this T5 u r looking at, 20k lumens for flowering isnt much, less then 1/2 of what u really should have. I would re-consider, & unless u dont have a closet or basement to grow in, save ur money & ditch the grow tent.
