Ppfd too high

I’ve finally realised that the ppfd was too high on these back plants and they are stressed out… should I top them down or lower the lights to 50% like I have done, now the tall back ones ppfd is about 700 but the smaller fronts are below 500… what should I do to try rescue them? You need to crush the stems between thumb and two fingers and roll slightly between them.
That way you bend without just snapping.

I would go 6-9" from tops and do it so they bend into a position not blocking other buds.
Try and get the angle of bend about 100 degrees as they will lift themselves as they repair.
They will form a knuckle which will increase strength

Give the stem a twist in opposite directions like you are wringing out a wet towel where you want to bend them. They'll fold over nicely without snapping in half after that.

This but hands right next to each other.

I wrap a long plastic coated wire tie around the stem and the bend it where I want it. Small ga solid wire works good too.

One in veg right now I bent and broke the stem. All but a thin layer of skin left on one side. I wrapped some scotch tape around it, supported it with a wire tie and it was back growing out again in week.
