Pre flower?

is this staring to flower or just regular growth still. I flipped her a week ago. Trained her all through the week but really trying to figure out when to stop. I was told at no new growth but it’s hard for me to tell day to day because I don’t see her until I get off work and she looks so different everyday. Just wondering if this is pre flowering so I can kinda figure out when to stop training. It's in the process of starting to flower. It will continue to stretch and transition to flower over the next 2-3 weeks. I would still continue to train it. GL.
