Ok all the general info. Had gurilla grow and had to remove and finish out inside for the first time. The strain is bag seed....it’s just bag seed. Soil is what it had around it. Anyways didn’t really mark when it started to flower but I’m thinking around 3 weeks. And the box fan I have on it is kinda directly hitting the bud site that’s doing it idk if that has anything to do with it. The bud around it isn’t doing it only that one site. And it drastically changed over night it only had a few brown hairs but this morning it’s like the whole bud. What do I do and what does it mean? Thanks!

It’s now later in the day and more have it. It has to be to early right? It’s obviously in doors and it’s only 1 plant so can’t have gotten pollinated.
I'm going to assume you haven't played with it or touched the buds, ect. It's totally possible it's a pheno expression. I've had some plants that around week 4~ started to look just like that but would shoot out new pistils for weeks after. The end buds were almost more red hairs than calyx haha. The plant looks healthy to me.

So the only way to know when to harvest will probably be looking at the Trichomes with magnifying glass?

That and swollen calyxes. I've seen some throw pistils to a point and slow basically to a stop and I've also seen some that just never seem to stop. Once the buds are nice and dense with swollen calyxes, and milky/amber trichomes (on the buds not leaves!), she should be ripe.

Most common mistakes
#1 : Over watering.
#2 : Harvesting too early.
Yeahhhh I probably have been doing that. With regular dirt instead of soil it’s been alittle difficult to tell when dry and a cooler instead of actual container. I mean I kinda dug it up in the middle of night. Also the upper fan leaves been turning away from the light torward the end of the night. I was kinda thinking not enough water or food to process photosynthesis cause there was no burnt tips. Idk I’m new to this and was going off of 101 different YouTube videos not smart.

Oh and the light is 9 inches away from top buds.idk if that’s to close but as low as the middle canopy is I didn’t want to raise it any higher I didn’t really train to much just topped 1x since it was outside originally. And the light is a Mars hydro 1000 wat I’m not sure what it reads to the wall.Tied the tips to the side once it was inside . I split the main stock while doing so a week before I flipped it, put duct tape and a zip tie around didn’t really seem to mind only dropped for a day.

I know how much, and when to water, by the weight of the pot.

With 25 gallon nursery pots, I water 2-3 gallons every 4-5 days, but my soil doesn't hold much water.

As for your lights, lift your light to cover your canopy. No more, no less.
