Purchased a Puffco and arrived dead out of the box. Never worked/never used. Reached out to Puff customer support via email since NO phone support is available. Waited over a week and never heard from them. Filed a dispute with my charge card and BBB. A class action lawsuit (arizona) over these practices and seems like nothing has change. Customers still receiving dead units in the mail. Sharing my story.

Wow I thot they would have good customer service. Nice to know as I was really interested in one of those. If I'd like to buy something from an online company, I'll try to call a number if they have one just to see if anyone picks up. Not a deal breaker if they don't have one but if they don't even respond to email for dead units, its prob hell to return anything if it came operational.

I had problems with Puffco, too. Only the problem was the delivery, the order was supposed to arrive in a week, but it went for 3 weeks.

I've opened several tickets and requests all of them over 30 days ago. Placed a hold on the charge with my bank and filed a BBB report too. I just received a email from them asking for the order number that has been supplied at least a half dozen times. A class action lawsuit in Arizona was over the company knowing sending dead units to customers. No phone support available.
 
Frustrating company to support. Their products, when working, are top class, but their whole business model right now is taking advantage of the lack of reliable players in this market. I have almost a closet full of bricked/EOL'd/planned obsolescent vapes at this point.
