Purchasing some lights looking for a couple more opinions

Howdy tall jimmy here! About to grab this setup for 1000 bucks it's 8 xxxl magnum hoods phantom ballasts 8 bulbs with two grows on them 8 with 1 on them and a DIY fixture to hold it all together... don't have time to build cobs or risk buying something I can only hope perform I know this setup will perform if in good shape question is is it worth it got a 20 by 30 finished basement so cooling and heating should be handled

well thats like $2800 to $3400 dollars worth of hoods and ballast alone so yeah its a deal.
