Questions about schwazzing technique

Can you leave your plants in the vegetative stage after you strip them. I was going to put them into flowering last night but when I woke up this morning my plants look extremely vibrant I kind of like to let this grow out a little bit? Is this something I can do or should I definitely put it in flower

Yes why wouldn't you?
Of your in veg the plants just trying to grow. After a schwazz it's just going to grow more.

You're just continuing veg, assuming you haven't flipped yet, so there should be no problem.

Just defoliate again when you are ready for 12/12.

So they'll be okay they just looked so good I didn't want to flip them I'd like to see if they can't grow out and get nice and bushy but everybody says to flip as soon as you do that so I was just making sure I didn't want to do any real damage by not flipping them I was assuming I could beds them I was just trying to make sure

Ummm there’s big fan leaves... thought schwayzing was stripping the bottom bud sites but leaving all fan leaves..

No the videos I've seen and a real good one is by Big Dog Led is that you strip off all the fans leaves to expose all the bud sites. And that any bud sites that aren't going to be in your 18 to 24 inch canopy remove those

Their should be a separate defoliating forum on here for people that think leaves just get in the way.
More leaves have never hurt my final numbers. Stripping lower bud growth/leaves, and trimming for better airflow i am down with though

I guess it's all personal preference. I've been seeing a lot of videos on this so I decided to give it a try

I have tried mainlining, scrog, natural, topping, and 12/12 from seed....
Scrog was the best producer, but a pain in the ass, mainline was a long ass veg, natural was natural. 12/12 from seed was a tiny harvest but may be worth it with clones and/or larger plant numbers

I hate scrog. I've just been a classic dude my whole life. Growing up a little bit top them couple of times tie them up and bend them so the middle is open and Let It Go. I'm a little older too. But Everybody's Talkin about all this new stuff so I figured what the hell let's give it a whirl

I like and pretty much only top a few times in veg now. For personal use, a dozen or so tops last me till the next crop is ready
