The heat sink doesn't get that hot. The prototype testers had no issue running at full power. The fan can also be turned off if needed. The way it is designed it circulates the air throughout the entire tent, So no warm stagnant air is at the top. This in conjunction with the exhaust and you wont have the warm air blowing on the plants.

Is there a par map available for the light we could see? At 200 bucks for a 100 watt led I'd really like to see some kind of testing data. I know it has a new design with a fan but that just takes away from lighting area right in the center of my tent which seems counter productive to me. Perhaps seeing the ppfd data would change my mind as far as coverage. Thanks

I was thinking blowing the slightly warmer air down would be of benefit by equalising the air temp through the tent.

That's why most people have their fan exhaust drawing air from the top of the tent. To draw off all of the hottest air. I'm sure it's a good design it's just not something I would have thought of. Vivosun does make a good tent for a great price, I will say that. I've been running the same one for years. It's seen better days from many, many grows but with some duct tape and love it still works just fine.

My prototype one keeps the tent at a steady temp. I put a humidifier in the tent and turned it on full blast. At first the humidity was just at the bottom of the tent, When i turned on the fan It circulated so much that the top of the tent was just as humid as the bottom, The fan and light both were dripping wet. Enough that it scared me thinking I was going to break the light or fan, the fan was slinging water everywhere lol. Mine is in a 3 x 3 tent and all my plants love it. I have the fan where is kicks on for 10 minutes then off for 10. With the controller I am able to have the humidity right where I want it and the temp in the right spot as well. Ill see if I can share the prototype pictures with everyone. Then I can show the basics of how it works.

This controller looks amazing, I'm quite surprised there's not more info available on this system.

I can not help myself when I see shit like this, I end up getting excited, buy it, then the wife blows the fek up, its like a revolving door that never shuts, I don't know how much more I can squeeze out before she serves the papers

Thanks mate, yes they have the sales page but searching GrowHub on here returns almost nothing about people running it, how well it's working for them etc. It looks like an awesome controller and being available since April i would of expected grow journals and way more posts about it.

It's pretty sexy!

I too am surprised that there is no logs out about these lights, I would have thought some would have already been up by now.

That 400w system looks so incredible, I'd love to see some start to finish logs on these lights.

all I'm going to say is it's very bad ass system like wow you can control everything and I mean everything it's so cool I think for the price it's worth it
