I have red mites I think but most people get the white ones. I do see webs on a few of my plants
And I clean them off the leaves.I bought Athena to rid myself of them.Should I go ahead and use this product its my 4th week of flower and my plants are healthy
Up to this point.

I would not use Athena at 4 weeks of flower because it's cutting it a little close. If you're a commercial grower your lot may be rejected due to pesticide residue depending on how much time is left to harvest. In flower I'd recommend a biological control instead such as BotaniGard or similar product.

the problem is that you just noticed them at 4 weeks that means they have been around a while next grow start with prevention my suggestion is a cold grain alcohol spraydown google that it works

Have a look into safe solutions plant wash.
It’s peppermint oil and enzymes.
It’s called tweetmint
Kills em.
Mix in cold water they don’t like that either.
Unfortunately the bastards require immediate attention or it’s down the hill we go.
