These are expensive, but they are tankless with a 2 to 1 waste ratio. They work great. Especially if you use a floater valve with a res.

Yes they are is this the only one that you know of that’s good

The amount of waste water always exceeds the purified in an r/o system.........not very environmentally friendly.

I use this model. It's a tabletop version so I have to dump the waste tank every time. But it has a 1:1 waste water ratio and it just sits near my kitchen sink anyways for drinking use. I got my refurbished unit last year for under $300 and I love it. I simply keep a 5 gallon bucket nearby to dump RO water into until it fills up and then bucket is moved to my tent area. Not recommended for large grows, tho. Anything more than 4 plants might require too much dumping and refilling every day.

Luckily I don’t pay for water. :D With my rent.
my RO Buddy takes like 5 hours to fill a large plastic garage can. It’s a really very inexpensive unit you can by on Amazon. inexpensive and has a great customer service and gave me the link to a website that had the metal faucet connector which I replaced and that was agame changer for me. It’s also very easily to change out the filter. I really like it.
