Discussing with friends and we've all done it on edibles being completely munted, reaching uncomfortable levels.
Is there truth citrus can bring down the affect of over medicating? Or is there such a thing which can help besides sleep?

Not speaking from experience, but several doctors have written that CBD will often help because it somehow reduces the THC effect. And I've also heard what you mention about citrus, particularly lemon. I believe it's the limonene terpene specifically that helps.

I only overdid it once--got my heart racing a bit and felt lightheaded. I found sitting down and taking some deep breaths helped--I felt better in about 15 minutes.

There is a great article about reducing paranoia induced by too much weed, by neil young. It is a cool idea and backed by science you should check it out. It just says chew two or three peppercorns to help reduce it. Great thread!

CBD does counteract THC and will lessen your high. I take CBD everyday and have to smoke more to get me there because of it.

Is that a typo or is “munted” a bit of slang that’s passed me by?
