It’s not looking good for DMX he lost a lot of oxygen to his brain, they are keeping him alive on a ventilator for now.

DMX got me through a bunch of very hard times and I relate to his struggle with drugs. I’ll be @ a year just after 420 Don’t leave us just yet DMX

DMX was my favorite rapper and one of my favorite humans in general. I loved his interviews, and videos of him walking around random hoods with his jewelry on in the middle of the night talking about "no other rapper could do this." We lost the realest one. RIP.
