Rolling Blackouts in the South?

Powergrid is at capacity so they’re shutting down power across the southeast. This may require some forethought in the Northeast.

Not my part of the northeast, or at least Mideast. We just have no power, and it’s cold. Rolling blackouts would be nice.

My urban part of New England solar roof panels are popping up everywhere.
