Rollitup App

What is the scoop on getting an app? I know nothing about it but am on dirtbike forum called Thumpertalk. They have an app version and it is easy-to-use on phone. I'm typing this on my phone. I just think it would be bitchin and would help grow the forum. There's only 1 forum ap on google play right now and it aint us.
