Root rot in those types the stalk will be mushy. I wouldn't transplant it. I would however still elevate the pot off the floor. Flip the drain plate over and put it on that or something.. so it can breathe from the bottom and let it dry until you can pick up the container with little effort.

Consider giving it 1/4 strength of your cannabis feed assuming what they potted in is average loamy ass soil. Also make sure it is getting adequate window light it looks like it may not be getting enough indirect sunlight...
Gonna try to feed her... and see what happens.

I have fucked it up with that saucer. Hopefully she will dry out and survive. Thank you for your interest. We love all kind of plants, not only weed. At least I hope so.
