Sad plants

Can anyone tell me why these 2 plants look sad? Too much water or light? They are in Coco Loco. Have a 232w HLG light on em atm about 2' above them. They have looked this way since Friday. When I left Friday I thought it was because they needed water. Guess that isn't it.

probably overwatered,not all plants need the same amount,theyr still small so they'll soon kick off.

I agree that they look over watered. I think Coco Loco needs to be treated more like a soil than coco, too, so hopefully someone with more experience with that product will chime in.

Yea, that may be the case. I haven't been soaking the pot. But giving em a little about every other day. I kn coco is a hydro medium but because they're so small, probably over saturating the roots. Thanks for the help.
I'll let them dry out and get a better watering regiment down.
