Sativa foxtailing or problem foxtailing?

A few weeks away from harvest and I've noticed some foxtailing. Grown from bag seed, have had others tell me they think it's a sativa dom before any foxtailing appeared.
Any thoughts if this looks genetic or from a problem source?

The claw is usually a sign of too much N which in salivas can also lead to fox tailing.

I had been wondering if it was Nute related, but wasn't certain-thought it might've been heat or light issues. I cut my nutes back last night to 1 tsp of 2-8-4 Tiger Bloom & 2 tsp molasses/gallon.
Would it show improvements adjusting nutes at this point? This is my first indoor grow and learning quite a bit as I go
