This is my first time growing, idk whats going on but im panicking. The other day maybe two or three days ago I’ve noticed these orange spots on two of the leaves. Today I woke up and noticed that the spots are spreading and on the new leaves the spots are black. Please help
Im also growing another plant and treating it the same way but that one is flourishing beautifully which makes me even more confused.

What soil are growing in? Is it used recycled soil? And does that cup thing have drain holes?
To me your plant looks like it could use alittle bit of food/nutrients.. those spots could be afew different things. Cal,mag,N,P,
Alittle more info would be helpful..

The soil is Happy Frog
The Cup has draining holes at the bottom (7)
For watering I use distilled water pH lvl 6.2. I usually water it from the bottom every 2-3 days.

I wasn’t too sure about feeding yet. I do have someone with experience guiding me through the process and we’ve decided to wait until I transplant to start the feeding.

As far as the lighting, its between natural sunlight and LED lights.

With happy frog I don’t use distilled water you should be good with your tap water unless it’s way out of wacko if that’s the case let sit out for like 12 hours and use that, my first grow that was one of my first mistakes and fill the cup up!!…. With soil:D

I could be wrong but I don't think you'll need to feed during the transplant process. When you say "experienced" what do you mean exactly? The three inches of soil should have been a red flag.

He’s mentioned something about it before but I didn’t think it was going to be a big deal so that’s my fault. Would it be too late too add the soil now or should I just transplant it some time this week?

The water suggestion, does that suggestion apply for the rest of the process?

Like with the Epsom salt. It only needs used a few times through out the whole grow. You should put drain holes in it and fill with fresh soil the fresh soil will have enough food in it till you can transplant it to a bigger pot you should also bring your light closer to prevent stretching or turn it up if it’s dimmable.

The reason for the epsom is because of the spots you were asking about.. those could be an early sign of defiecency.. your soil should have enough calcium in it at this point.. im sure the plant hasnt used whats there up yet.. so my thinking is instead of a calcium defiecency it could (maybe) be the early sign of a magnesium defiecency.. it could be even a sign of over watering, but doubtful.. normaly the signs for that are dieing leaf tips..

Fill the cup up with soil. Give it enough water to keep it moist. That plant does not need to be transplanted yet. Leave it in that cup. It can get much bigger than it is and you want more roots than what it has before worrying about transplanting.
