Seedling stunted and yellowing

What’s up with my seedlings? I have them about 6 inches from a cool 13w cfl. I mist the top layer with water and the humidity dome / ziplock bag only. Water is at 6.5.

growing in 50% FFOF plus 50% Espoma organic potting soil (no nutes) plus perlite.

not my first grow by any means, but it is my first soil grow. I usually grow in coco so my instinct rn is to feed nitrogen but that’s probably wrong in soil.

Def wrong with ffof at that stage. 3-4 weeks with that. Its too hot to start in. Maybe over watering if your instincts are for cocoa

figured inoculating it with the potting soil would be enough. What’s the best move now? Start over?

Doubt I’m over watering. Just using a spray bottle to keep it moist

Get rid of the plastic bags/dome and prosper.

And ya no need for that once they sprout

whats there to do about that now? Just wait it out or start over?

I'd start over and go back to coco.

Less light
More food
And FLUSH

Don't mist, just water until runoff and wait for it to dry out. Lose the bags and domes and get them under a better light.

Or if wanting something other than straight coco mix coco and peat and perlite. Not FFOF.
