Seen white 1/16" insect on plant... Babies are white and smaller, gonna use mighty wash

What are they and what do they do?? They crawl about 1/2 inch per 2 secs.. Much faster than black mites I'm use to getting.
 
My guess is that they are white fly. Maybe a white type of thrip. Insecticides keep for a long time. They may not be as strong after several years, but you can reapply if needed. I use Neem oil.

Just took cuttings 1 hour ago and some parts of the mother had the same white small insect on it... My question is can you spray bug spray on newly cut cuttings??

Could be a fungus gnat. Do you ever see those flying around? (Look like tiny mosquito). Might not need to worry about it too much.

Suck it up with a vacuum.
