It is the pharmacutical grade cannabis bill. Basically they are making it a schedule 2 under mi law however it must be grown and dispensed from a PHARMACEUTICAL-GRADE CANNABIS LICENSED FACILITY. This does not include caregivers. Basicly they arnt going to consider caregiver grown cannabis as schedule 2 because it was not grown and sold by a dispensery.

kinda a scam to come up with alternate program, while not eliminating current system just yet. no good can come from this bill.

Is this the future of medical marijuana in Michigan? Giant state regulated grow ops? Will the average grower be able to be pharmaceutical grade licensed? Will the home hobby grower be squeezed out?

you'll have to get w the program, at a significant added cost (and possible inspections), if you want to be able to participate in providing dispensaries. smaller growers unaffiliated w a dispense kind of have been squeezed out -plenty- in Colorado. The future is happening now. get your ducks in a grow AND find the best genetics.

Hi abe I was just getting ready to post this it may be worse than you think ----
MI RESIDENTS BEND OVER AND GET THE VASELINE OUT BECAUSE YOU ARE ABOUT TO BE SCREWED

I think that soon a patient will not be allowed to grow their own plants and there will not be any caregivers allowed . I hope I am not understanding it right but it looks like BIG PHARMA is going to take over . Please read SENATE BILL NO# 1349,

I sure hope people up there band together and some how fight this Bill I’m the guy in Florida that’s been trying to get up there to start growing , its going to mess up my plans big time

No, the legislators need 2/3 majority to pass anything. this and other amendments have been tabled for a while. I expect to see some mov't or a vote on this before too long now. don't let anything get between you and your meds, F' these ppl and their agendas.

man I hope I get my free watch soon. contacting your representatives in your district would be one way to protest.

It appears to be an sneaky tactic angle to get more legislators on board with the whole "pharmaceutical-grade" bologna... I hope I'm wrong.

No, I don't believe that you'll have notice. you can find out when the house is in session though. hoping recent VOTING RESULTS will humble legos on the fence, or favorable at least the ones that know they will be up for re-election.

3/4 majority needed. -this won't happen, instead look at 5580. (this is the one with some support from the community and reps)

no reason any store should be able to cultivate more than cg or patients.
