Should i insulate my tent or whole loft space

As the title says, would i get away with just insulating my tent with that foil type insulation? I was thinking of making a jacket type thing around it with a velcro door for access. Cost around £90 to do

Or insulate entire loft space in between rafters with kingspan or somthing similar, estimated cost £300-400

I run a 2.4x1.2x2.2 tent for flower and 1x1x1.8 veg next to it, I am drawing cooler air in from the spare room in house average temps of 21/22, temps in tent still hitting 30/31 quite regularly as we're getting into summer now, any advice would be greatly appreciated

I'm thinking insulating the tents will hold the heat in more. I use a large closet off my livingroom to grow in and in summer the temps sky rocket, i'm too cheap to buy an ac so instead when the grow lights are on I will have the closet door wide open with a large fan blowing inside, it still is about 10 degrees hotter in there due to the light.

My thinking with insulating the tent was that it should stop the ambient temps in the loft (which is sometimes 35c+) from heating the tent up during the day(when lights are off), then if I am bringing in 21/22c freah air from the room below the tent should stay cool, but I'm not sure if just wrapping it in foil insulation would be sufficient, or whether I would need to build a frame around the tent to keep an air gap between the tent and the foil insulation.

I haven't had any problems with lights on temps and as of yet.

Where does the tent get it's intake air from? That area needs to be conditioned (insulated).
