Once I see nuts forming well, I pull it out. Made the mistake once of thinking I'd catch the nanners in time, because my previous experience being only making fems which doesn't produce a lot of viable per sac and holy fuckin shit was everything seeded so bad it was a chore trying to get enough husk to smoke
Lol... atleast you made enough seeds to last... and thanks

In my experience, males usually begin dropping pollen on day 14. No pollen can touch a female plant or else you’ll have seeded crop.

to keep the pollen without having kids the male will need his own space unless you’re creative or know some tricks to keep that dust contained.

I’ve seen guys put the male in a clear plastic bin and keep them in the same room. Not sure know how well that works, but seems like an option.

My main goal was to create my own IBL. I also wanted to breed out the purple of the PCK. If you've ever grown it and came across the green pheno you're in for a treat. Most use it for the purple but I wanted it for the green pheno whis is not nearly as common as the purple and better in every aspect.

I accomplished both of those goals.
Was it realseeds pck or aces you used looks good regardless man ?

I'm fortunate to have a couple spare rooms I can keep males in. That's the good thing about just the two of us living in the house. She's got her hobby room, I have my office. Then there is the spare bedroom, the laundry room, and the garage where the flower tent is. All separated by doors.

I'll pull the male donor before any pollen is released and isolate it in the spare bedroom. Then I'll put the female donor plant in the same room and pollinate with the dropped pollen using a small paintbrush. I pollinate a few times over the course of 3-4 days. Then collect, and store leftover pollen and discard the male in backyard compost pile. The next day I mist the female with water, dry it in front of a fan, and stick it back in the flower tent in the garage.

I also make sure to never go into the flower tent after dealing with pollen unless I've showered and changed clothes. I don't have central heating so there are no vents to spread pollen and 3 doors between the spare room and the garage.

It was the ACE PCK that they got from Cannabiogen.

im sure you only improved with each filial generation, but what were your goals besides creating an ibl?
Also, did you find each generation has been becoming more homogeneous?
Thanks I’m just wondering because I started playing with male plants.
Keep quiet about fondling males, you could be judged. Keep it in the closet

They

They is looking stable.seedlings ?
Extremely stable. And I worked with the green PCK phenotype so there are no colors anymore. The green pheno is better and colors are just for show. The main difference between the plants is the males are always taller so I'm able to identify them before they show signs of sex at least 90% of the time.

Not reversed. I had 3 males that looked like that, and 3-4 males that were taller and more open structure. I did separate projects with the various males so I have lines specific to the males that looked like that and lines that used all the males, and lines with just the taller ones.
The booty females only had 1 short black Afghani pheno no.8, the others were taller. I have not yet included the no.8 pheno in the open pollination, but intend to. I’ve got all the rest of the pack increased though for storage.
My IG has more pics and info too.
Was growing commercial, now just hobby.
