Seeds on the way. I'm really looking forward to seeing what these genetics have to offer.

I will be using a 860w CMH Allstart lamp start to finish along with 4x h150 Kessil red LEDs for added spectral boost.

Medium will be 1:1:1 mix of Vermifire, sunshine #4 and Coco in 3 gal containers. Added bat guano/h2o for bud booster 3 weeks into flowering.

This is gonna be good!

What type of bat guano? There's a reason I ask - one type can be hella potent and make the medium very hot, putting newer plants/growth at risk.

I got some Williams Wonder on the go right now courtesy of the one and only "Jogro", just a youngster right now but hoping she will do something nice for me outside this summer!

Bloom I think? 1:12:1. I think it's Indonesian or Jamaican, can't remember. It's in the garage and the light is off for the night. I will check mañana.

I take 1 Tablespoon and mix it into a gallon of water and do every other watering about 2 weeks into flowering.

Alrighty, as long as the word "Peruvian" in peruvian bat guano doesn't ring any major bells.. you should be ok. Peruvian bat guano will murder seedlings and clones without prejudice. Just trying to keep an eye out so you dont fry your plants out of the starting gate is all, good luck bro! :)

Personally, I'd love to hear about your experiences (good, bad, or neutral) with the Williams Wonder.

If you like, you can post comments/questions/crosslinks in my thread on same (see link in my signature below).

If you haven't seen the grow report, you might want to take a look. The last few pages, in particular, should give you a good idea what to expect here.

Update: long overdue.

Had a delay with the CMH not working properly and now switched to Philips Elite Agro 315w x 2.

These new CMH lamps are da shit!

I'm sexing the plants in 12/12 and have pulled a few males already. I will also be doing a review on Sick Med's Chupacabra along with the others.

Photos to come in a few days. They went through a bit of a rough stage because of over-fert, but they are all pulling through fine now.

One nice thing about these lamps is they seems to really promote flowering quickly. I only have had 12/12 on for 5 days and they are already showing. It might be due to the added deep and far red in the spectrum.

Please be patient while things get back on track.

Updates?

I'm especially interested in seeing the Chupacabras and hearing about that one. I'll probably be growing this one myself before too long.

On Williams Wonder, every time I've grown that one its reliably started to make visible flowers within 5 days of 12-12 under HPS. That just seems to be normal for that strain; it wants to flower quickly.

I will get some photos up in a week or so, but I have some updates.

First off, I am not happy with the Firestarter. Out of 7 females, 4 of them have already dropped quite a bit of pollen only half way into flower. I would not recommend the Firestarter. It's really not any more "trich stacked" than any other good female.

The Chupacabra smells pretty good, but isn't standing out as anything super special yet. It's very Sativa influenced.

The WW smells great, it's super short and stocky and I've only had to chop 2 female plants so far due to having male flowers. 4 out of the 5 females have not shown any male parts yet. I would recommend the Williams Wonder.

Alien nightmare is the best looking so far. Out of the 3 females I kept, one has extremely tight and crystal filled nugs. They smell heavily of pine trees or balsam trees. So it's like having a Christmas tree. The only thing that upset me was the fact that out of 15 seeds only 5 Aliens sprouted. Maybe the seeds were not dried all the way or not mature enough, who knows, but I've never had a problem germinating seeds at this rate. So if you can get the AN's to sprout it's another great strain so far. Tight, tight and super sticky. If you like the smell of pine anyway.

The Williams's Wonder I kept does NOT produce any male pollen sacks. A few of the other seeds did, but one did not. It's a very leafy, bushy, short and stocky plant. The best part about it is that the branches can support themselves. The smell is like fruity pebbles, but very weak smelling. Overall, I am liking the AN and FS the best. The FS had issues with male pollen sacks also, but not the plant I kept. It's nice when not every seed is contaminated with mutant genes.

I really think the feminized tradition has screwed up the purity of really good strains. Hopefully growers will hold onto pure clone only strains and try crossing them with other pure strains instead of ttossing chemicals on them and basically genetically modifying thus fucking up the genetics making male/female plant parts on male and female plants. Really is bullshit when you start getting seess everywhere in an amazing strain that's been polluted.

Now, Sin City Seeds is the real deal. Very satisfied with their purity of "regular" genetics. So far, no mutants to come from a single seed. Out of the 15 AN seeds, only 5 grew, but they were some fire fire fire fire. Major pinole terpenoids production in the Alien nightmare. Smells EXACTLY like pine needles thus carrying a major medical benefit.
