Sick seedling

Yeah, 500 is way way too much - some people flower under 500.

At that age, I might even go lower than 250 but you could look up ideal light intensity.

Did you take your measurements with a par meter?

Are those peat? Had the same problem. Stopped using em indoors. They always lockout my nutrient uptake. Idk if it’s just me or something or something else that happened to me that time.

Really? That's so strange. I've never personally grown with it but Chip Baker swears by peat and coco.

As a base. Not container? Just saying. Like I said it might of been my dirt. I never double check. But it looks like you tried to feed your seedlings

Im gonna agree.. too much light for a seedling.
I think there were a couple issues.
I have a pair of Spider Farmer SF-4000s on them. I had them dimmed down to about 150 but the stems started stretching. I over compensated, up to 500.
Not only that, but the seedlings are on a table and the lights were only about 20" above. I raised the lights and lowered the table so I have 36" distance. I am running about 170-180 umoles now on them. Constant 72 degrees and 65% humidity. I suspect that the next set of leaves will be fine.

Any thing different anyone would do, tell me.
