Slow growth/doesn’t look right ....

Hello I am wondering if my seedlings look ok. They are two weeks old today. That is from seed in paper towel. I just feel like they aren’t growing very much. My temps are 76-78 and humidity is about 35-40%. I’m useing some basic pro mix cut with roots organics under quantum boards HLG....Any tips would be greatly appreciated!! Thank you.
They are seeds from katsu and cannarado.


ps ... what are some ways to help the veg process ? Also when should I add veg nutes ?? Thank you

if anything they might be happy with a little of everything start 1/4th str bring your temps up to 80 - 82 humidity for vegging plants they like it humid I try to shoot for 50%rh or even higher

little slow but yes they look fine once they start rooting very good they start growing like crazy let the roots develop maybe hit them with some myco i start in solos so they are stretchy alittle but they get to a big size decently fast root wise whole solo cup taken in like a week or so after they get their first true leaves your girls are just needing time to root their pot think of it like anchoring so the plants can expand and get more strong without having a chance of toppling over

just water around the mainstem to two inches away from the stem dont want to over water them they dont drink much at this point

I’m so used to getting clones lol. It’s been a couple years sense I’ve started from seeds.
