My seedling is at day 10 since sprout, and its only just started working on its second set of true (they look like buttons in the center). I have been lightly misting twice a day for fear of overwatering. But thinking about the growth of the root system, I'm thinking I may need to water more now. I'm trying to get her to hit the kind soil on the bottom so she can take off! I have another plant at about 4 weeks from sprout and she is doing great!

They look fine. Seeds can vary drastically even at this early stage, but the size is normal. You'll notice them taking off pretty soon, just need a little more root mass and a few more leaves, then you can butcher them and bend them to your will.
