Soda can as a light reflector?

Does anyone know if the inside of a soda can is a good light reflector? I was thinking of making a reflector for my growbox by cutting open soda cans and stapling them together and bending them at a curve. Is this a good idea or would it at least work?

Something that is flat white would reflect more light. Did you look in the make your own reflector section?

I've seen someone make a reflector out of cutting metal airvents (they're like 12" in diameter) and bending them..you can get em at home depot. Just buy one, paint the inside white, and there you have it!

I think you could make one out of a tall milo can like a 2kg one, cut it open

like I have with the soda cans and that should work well, dunno just a

thought
