SoG setup question

Hey, I already own a 400 HPS that I've been using for my first grow in a 2cubicmeter grow room. Now, I ordered 2x 250w blue spectrum CFLs, and am going to make a veg room. I'm going to do a SoG of 10-12 plants, how big should my grow space be for the veg room considering it's going to be a box/tent?
And my second question is, does that sound like enough wattage do achieve what I am seeking?

wat size are u wanting to finish the plants at?
wat size pots u gunna flower in?
wat medium and system?
the 2 x cfls should cover a area of 1mx 1m pretty sweetly
thats having them overlap each other
and imho thats enuff room for vege
the only thing is being fluoro itll take u a while to vege to size u want
if u were to use a hid u will see massive difference in growth rates

I used HID for veg for my first grow (2 plants, didn't top them at all), but now that I'll be doing SoG, I decided to get a 75x75cm hydro tub, I use pretty standard hydro nutes btw. How many plants would 75x75 allow me to do a real SoG in, its like 2.5 ft by 2.5, so would it be 5 total plants (1 per square foot) or do most people just use all four corners per square and get approxim 10-12 from a 75x75x hydro setup? I have a 400 HPS for flowering, and I might add some a couple hundred watts of red spectrum CFL too. For veg I prefer CFL's to distribute the light as evenly as possible.
I would cut all the lower stems and just take the colas, I've already got a motherplant to get clones from. The thing is I have 1mx1m for my flowering room in width, so its a somewhat limited grow. If you have any further suggestions about anything, it would be much appreciated
