Soil, leaves curling up at the edges

Is the issue of leaves curling at the edges related to ph? I'm in a good soil blend and have feeding them every few days. I was told to hit them with plain water every other feeding, and to drop the ph by dropping in some lemon juice to my gallon jug. No lemons on hand just the plastic lemon bottle concentrate, I think I put in 2 or 3 drops of that. I'm thinking the plants have not been as happy since then. Also when using my food in addition to SuperThrive does the ph of the water need to be brought down, or does the food correct the ph?

Training seems like a great idea but, are you just losing the trichs that would have been on the popcorn. Is that energy going to to the colas if you train and cut off the corn.

Thanks for the help. and i put pics on a post yesterday of the curling issue

back up buddy... do you have a meter , strips etc to measure the ph?
if your guessing, it is not good thing.
when i used lemon juice (Bottle from market) it takes a teaspoon and 1/2 to get my water down to 6.5
Two or three drops is not going to cut it.

Add all your food and additives first, then PH it to 6.5.

It would be pointless to PH your water, then add the nutes after as the nutes would change the PH of the water.
