Spider mites in INSIDE GROW. Last weeks of flowering....

Hey all.

This is very frustrating, as I had already a problem with Spider Mites (First time) with an outside grow, and since then, i decided to stay with indoor grow. Doing a routine check today, I saw some marks which looked familiar to me, to find out i have spider mites (again) spreading all over my plants, not a lot, but not little.
t
I Do Not Know what to do.... I do not want to spray my flower with Citric Acid, specially not now. I didn't like it anyway as I thought it is too aggressive. Would only thoroughly washing and rinsing with water help? (after the harvest) As these a$$holes are spreading around the buds as well, not only the leaves.

Where did they come from? And why not?? Is it because I didn't sterilize my soil? Or can the fertilizer (Biofizz products) the one that I use result in that (Because it is a bit old the fertilizer and maybe it attracts insects?)
Any Inputs would be very appreciated. The buds still look good and the plants generally looks healthy and al most ready for harvest.

The Mite can be barely seen with the naked eye (just as very small spots)

Any info on the topic or what is the best course of action? Would they pack their bags and leaves once I harvest and do a full trimming?

Thanks a lot guys.

I was having issues with mites off and on and eventually changed to using coco coir inside because I thought it might have been coming from the soil I was buying

What stage are u in flowering? May want to hit it with cold water, then dry, then vacuum, then introduce predatory mites to help you along to the end. I wish you much luck!!

Last stage, buds are nice a fluffy, Pistols are most Brown, trichomes are nice and amber. i've always harvested around this time, plus a week or two...
i have been trimming a lot, (mostly infected leaves), as to minimize the spread, dont want to trim too much now, will do this on a daily basis, and kill whatever I notice from bug (which is not an easy thing to notice..)
I am planning to do a full wash and rinse (IDK about predatory mites at this late stage of flowering). How does the Vacuum help? I dont plan to store, but rather smoke the herb.
Thanks man... I've been really taking care of the plants for a while, IDK how did I not see these lil **** earlier... It just always looked healthy...

I am hoping they would pack their luggage and leave. I still need to know how the hell did they appear...

I have been using BioBizz Light Mix Soil for a while now (never had this problem in my indoor grow) Maybe because where I store my soil, could be some insects have found their way through? But what at such a late stage... Ever since the Outdoor grow i had a feeling these lil bastards followed me indoors.. Even though not related at all.

What's your IPM plan?
I haven't really used one (have no experience there).. Just before the germination, seedling stage, I disinfected the whole closet (grow box) and started growing normally.. I didn't disinfect the soil though... I never had to before, that is why I didn't do it now.

Outside you don't use any IPM either?

I tried only once outside... and during that one time I had the insect problem. So, no, that once time, I didn't use any IPM.. which probably explains why I had mites all over.. That was brutal. I then used Citric Acid, burned them all to the ground, but it ruined a lot of my buds (burned Pistols, buds looking tired af. etc.)

How much citric acid did you use?
