SSH Indoor soil grow

Hi this is my first journal, i will be growing Super Silver Haze from seed. I am using soil and a 70 watt hps

I have 4 seedlings in yogurt containers filled with MG potting mix which seems to be working well for now. I accidently planted 2 germinated seeds in one container so pic number one has a seedling just starting to sprout.

Heres a new update pic of 3 days growth, I separated the sprout into a foam cup and it is doing quite well. they are a bit streched but that is ok as long as im not smoking grit weed

k guys, i left my plants to fend for themselves for a couple days while i visited my sister for x-mas. They really grew alot and are starting to smell. However i am beginning to doubt that this strain is super silver haze because some of the plants look like different strains and they are developing a bit of purple on there leaves.

holy shit just this second i looked under the leaves and they are very purple!

good idea, this is kind of random but i just picked up 1.5, and i looked at some keif under a microscope and found tiny chunks of glass,,, i was suspecting most of the weed in my town was grit weed but now im sure

Glass? That's weird. Good thing you're gonna have your own supply lol at least your not eating it or anything. I don't know what happens when you smoke it unless it got sucked up into your lungs... baaad very bad

They smell like plants or weed? I cant imagine that plants that age give off any odor... but whos knows i've yet to see it all!

In regards to the purple leaves, i noticed that as well but mostly on the stems.... The only time i had leaves purple was when stress was high. My fimmed plant went all purple with the new growth, but then back to green in a few days.

Good luck with your setup, and if i were you, i'd try to add more wattage for 4 plants. Hell, im runnin a 400W for only 2 plants!

couldnt agree more with the tranplanting idea, and if it smells like anything other then great tomatos im thinking there might be a problem, and i only ask cause i can see shadows in the pics, are you using sunlight as well??? not a bad idea so long as you keep the light running all night. but i suggest an immediate transplant in diffrent dirt then the mg if you can find it. stay medicated.

ya its more common than most people think, comercial growers will sandblast there plants with silica and other shit to bulk up there harvest. ya im not sure what happens if u smoke it tho

And yes they have a planty weedy smell but not like actual bud.

I have transplanted into some bigger containers with some "promix Ultimate Organic Mix". I know regular promix contains no food or nutrition for plants and relys on fertilizer to keep plants healthy so i was wondering if anyone knows anything about this soil/medium. it says it contains sea compost but im still kind of confused

im not familiar with the brand but it should have a nutrient guide on it ?-?-? and if its organic it should be like .?-.?-.? look all over the bag it came in and it should say...ill look it up and if i find something ill edit this post. stay medicated.

Ok so it has been awhile since i have updated, I have given 2 of my plants away to become mothers for future clones. I have transplanted my remaining 2 plants into bigger containers with promix ultimate organic mix. They are growing under a 70 watt hps and I am planning to give them miracle grow all purpose fertilizer soon.






One plant looks sativa and the other looks indica so I am guessing that either the first one is SSH or they are both completley random seeds... unreliable source I guess

I have bought a 100x microscope and I am positive that there is more than just trichomes on his weed (crushed glass). I live in a small town so basically all of the weed i try getting comes from him. I Have even showed him how this weed scratches cd's and he remains skeptical. DAMN i got a while to go till my stash is ready!

well i figured it was time for an update on my unkown indica and maybe super silver haze lol, here they are






the plants have alot of branches starting even though they arent that clear in the pics, I am planning on waiting until some branches develop then I will take some clones, wait for them to root, veg for one more week then start flowering for all plants/clones.

the two plants i gave away were female and the 2 i kept were male lol
