Can I send back my SF2000 then for the new version with a dimmer? I've only had it for 167 days and it didn't include a dimmer.

Agreed.. I've got two SF 1000's with no dimmers. Love to have dimmers

I can dim mine if I take the driver off and flip it over, is this the new version?

Nope that is the old one. Its kind of silly they went with that driver. Meanwell makes some that are dimmable without having to remove it. The new one is totally different. Also their prices just keep going up. At the price point they are now people should consider spending a little more money and buy a kit from HLG. Better service and more serviceable...

I have a question about your boards, can someone direct purchase from you? How efficent are your boards? How do they do producing flower weight? Is the sf4000 a 2lb light, whats your spectrum options along with any other customization options available when purchasing one of these fixtures? How custom can we make them towards our own individual needs? Why should we buy these fixtures over others? Why boards and not bars? Seems like everyone is going towards bars because of better light distribution, will this preform similar to an hlg fixture or even close? They look great, i like the thick aluminum bodies but i am still skeptical to go spiderfarmer, i have heard lots of mixed reviews good and bad... thanks for your time
