Stripes in Leaves - What deficiency is this?

Hey guys,

On my second grow, and my girls are showing signs of a deficiency. Not sure what it is, but after some reading looks like it could be magnesium?

Both plants are Zkittles Autoflower, growing in 20l fabric pots, using Ecothrive Organic living soil (apparently doesn’t requiring feeding), and watering 6.0ph water. Temps are around 20-25c, humidity is 50% and light is Mars Hydro TSW2000 - hanging 12inches over canopy.

Can someone help? I have CalMag, but scared to use it if I don’t need to, in fear of over feeding that I’ve suffered with in my first grow!

Thanks in advance.

Can't really give much advice, I'm currently growing Autos, Northern Lights and Big Bud, will follow this with interest.

Thanks for this! Looks like magnesium, Iron or Zinc.
Just not sure which one... lol
You've got those girls lollipopped pretty good so there isn't too many fans down low to store nutes in. Nothing wrong with that but with just water they seem to be low on reserves. Auto's don't need much as you know. It looks like an early nitrogen deficiency to me. If you had more lower fans they'd probably be yellowing. If you're into organic blood meal is quick N. Fish emulsion has a real easy to absorb organic type too. Just what I see in those pics. A good flush with water isn't a bad idea either if you haven't been flushing them all along.

Definitely looks like the start of Magnesium deficiency. Those stripes will eventually turn rust colored and then the leaf will die. Start hitting them with the CalMag or some Epsom salt each time you water.

Running LED at low temps can cause Mg deficiency. Raise those temps up to 27°-29° and you shouldnt have any more issues.

Iron deficiency. Foliar feed them some iron. Looks like they need nutes in general. I'd foliar them with a broad based foliar (Dynagro Foliar comes to mind) and some iron (Cyco Dr Repair or Fertilome Iron). You need to put those guys on a nutrient schedule. Don't go too crazy with nutes since you're in soil. I'd put some molasses and Great White in there to recharge the soil.

As you can see, it's not simple to diagnose as you've gotten three different responses lol.
I have no experience with Ecothrive living soil.
But it looks like you could use a well rounded fertilizer with micro nutrients at 1/4 strength.
Start there and bring it up a little if you are not getting results.
I like the Floranova line from GH. It has all the little nutes your plants need.
