sugar leaves, pistils turning orange but no god damn bud development

I don't really know what to do guys... im not using any special equipment just good old led flood light on the top, right side and left side and they are all 400w all included and im sad and scared because leafs are discoloring, curling and from the bottom leaves started to yellow and i wanna know why there is no buds only sugar leaves, i wasn't using any nutriets really till now everyday, just sometimes i would use some organic nutrient without measuring and it looks like i got myself a case of nitrogen toxicity and ive been feeling them plain water for really quite some time now gosh this is extremely complicated and they have been flowering for literally a while now on 12/12 with interruptios sometimes but now ive set them on 11/13 am in on the straight path now that i started to give them nutes? here are the pics help would be extremely appreciated

by all 400w i mean all of them combined make a 400w of light in total

How long you been in flower? Those look about 3 weeks or so since flip?

Patience man. Due to your poor lighting they will take much longer than someone with good lighting.

here are more pics without the moving light im just worried my stupid amazing complex plant will keep producing sugar leaves but no buds till it all just dies :/

so i shouldn't worry about the fat dense sugar leaves, im just gonna give it time then its gonna start producing buds.. if thats the case im alright i was just scared that my plants are gonna die on me, im gonna update yall

I remember growing a plant that had the tiniest buds when it started flowering. Then they exploded into some giant nugs. What kind of soil are you in, and what nutrients are you using? Got any pictures?

bio bloom & bio top max just started 2 days ago i put a around 4 tea spoons in 2 liter water and i add double the water and nutrient rn untill i see water running down from the bottom just a lil bit, till i get a lil colored water just enough for my eyes personally, I CAN'T fkin wait man... im gonna be so damn happy watching comedy central and movies while stoned LOL

guys its been like 2 weeks and i am not seeing any big changes really help i cut the fertilizer off cuz i faced nitrogen toxicity in veg state.. but idk what to do

You used 4 teaspoons to 2 liters of water? Where did you come up with those ratios?

Using the shade of colored water, is how you make your nutrient solution?

1 tsp is about 5ml. Bio bloom is 2-4ml per liter. So if your doing 4 tsp your overfeeding. You should run off about what liquid you think is in your soil already or you begin stacking.

can i still feed it nutrients or should i stop giving it nutrients cuz like i said the leaves are dark and the plant was nitrogen sick and still is cuz it doesnt eat already intaked but i stopped, so what do i do here? here are the pics of the plant

You have weeks to go
What is your medium?
You could just be stalled or impatient
I would cut back on nitrogen and continue feeding at half the previous feed as you are burning tips

Normal for you isn't normal for my grow so that is tough to answer
If I gave you a clone from my stable chances are your finished plant would look nothing like mine
I always grow every plant twice to dial it in before deciding on its worth
