Why do people worry about this? Like the Cops are so dumb they don't know how they ship seeds. I bet they have bought seeds themselves. They are not going to waste resources busting for seeds or they would have stopped the U.K. and Canada shipments long ago. We all just have to play a game of chance that the customs guy doesn't pick our mug or t-shirt to examine.

It was customs. Not cops. I was at least hoping to get a letter to hang on the wall. No sweat off my sack if I get them or not. I'm not going to kick and scream like a crybaby over a couple hundred bucks in seeds. It does appear Chicago is NOT the place you want your package to arrive if you really need seeds. Pray for NY ISC. Good luck all.

Yes green customs tape and only a tshirt I think attitude needs to come up with some better Stealth options.

Well they are sending it to me again! I figured I was just SOL. I'm shocked at the fast response to their customer service. Jodie and Laura ROCK! Between this order, and my order from 2/20, maybe one will arrive without the green tape. If not. Oh well. Live and Learn. It's not the Tude's fault.

Did they let you choose a different shipping option, or are they going to send it the same method? And are these beans that are being reshipped guaranteed??

She didn't specify how they would resend. Yes, these were under the guarantee option. I told her she had my permission to send anyway she wanted. I'm not going to keep bugging them if they don't make it this time. I have another order from the 20th also. (Sitting in the dreaded CH/ISC right now) Hell, if I can get one through I'd be content. Don't really need the seeds, just all the talk about seedbanks lately thought I would try one. I have access to medical grade seeds right here in Michigan. This has turned into a quest. A quest for seeds. And actually, I laughed when I read someone was addicted to buying seeds, I can see that now.

yikes..If I were you, and they didn't make it this time - I would keep bugging them. You're a paying customer..and you bought their "guarantee"...you deserve to at least get your beans. You deserve the same level of service as the rest of their customers. I mean, you didn't spend all that money, and wait this long for a T-Shirt, did ya?

Yea. They sent another out hit the U.S. last night. But I think they sent the wrong order. I asked Laura if they had sent the right order and never got a reply. I had another order come through while I was waiting on the FEB Promo and I think they just resent that one. So I guess I will never see my Feb HSO Promo package.

Yep. Wrong order. Waiting for a reply. Since they never replied to the one before it dispatched this one will probably go ignored too. And I have been super nice. The original order wasn't their fault. BUT. They should be more organized when reshipping on a paid guarantee and make sure it is the correct order. We shall see. I've pretty much written off ever seeing my Feb Promo and Freebies. If I do not get at least a reply I will never use attitude again. To each their own. Some have good luck. I didn't.

i like the attitude right up until you have a problem with them, then they make you jump through hoops to say the least.. i've ordered tons from them, and have only had one issue..
i ordered a pack of purple cheech from connoisuer genetics, and they sent me some cheese strain from conny in it's place.. i emailed them, sent them my order number and all, told them what i ordered and what i got.. they then asked me to take pix of the pack of beans with the hand written number on it and send it back.. i did so.. they said ok, send them back, which i did.. of course i didn't send them tracked, never heard shit back from the attitude, so not only was i out the pack i paid for, i was now out the wrong pack they sent me..
i had a gut feeling i should have just kept the damn wrong pack and that i'd never see what i ordered, but eff me, i wanted what i paid for, silly me.. oh well, live and learn, but i agree, their customer service isn't the greatest ime..

Well got my shirt and crushproof tin and contents through Chicago. Now lets hope my wallet and crushproof tin safely make it from Flushing NY lol. I have got to say I am really happy with my Attitude transaction. Not quite as stealth as SOS(and I'm sure I will use them again in future) but I do like having different shipping options and how could you pass the Birthday freebies + regular and UFO freebies? I wish SOS and Attitude could trade notes, now that site would be a beast! I could see it now "The Sea of Attitude"

No reply at all after they shipped me the wrong order. I have been nothing but nice until now. Now I'll just get my money back and never use them again. Glad I have fraud protection on my credit card. Sure sucks though. I sure thought Attitude would correct their error. I was wrong. Obviously they have enough customers they can afford to scam one or two.

I've had good luck with both Attitude and Chicago. Watch, I just jinxed myself!
